Head of the organizing committee: Ha My Pham, a Master's degree student majoring in Classical singing at London College of Music and the founder of Hamy Academy. Ha My has won vocal prizes in a number of competitions since she was a child, including the first prize in Hoa Mi Vang - Nam Dinh 1999, the third prize in the contest "Karlovarsk krivanek" in 2009, and two appearances in the final of Sao Mai VTV in 2013 and 2015. Ha My has been involved in Vietnamese community activities for many years and has appeared in many major programmes in Europe and, most recently, the United Kingdom as a singer and MC (some articles published)

Advisory Board and and Jury panel of Piano & Singing competition
Head of the Advisory Board: Chau Anh Dang, is a Master of Conduct in Sydney, Australia, and a lecturer at the National Academy of Music's Faculty of Theory, Composition, and Conduct. She is currently the Conductor Leader at the National Academy of Music. She also functiones as a music teacher, choir and orchestra conductor at Hanoi International School. She has also served on the jury of the VTV Do Re Mi competition and many other prestigious choir competitions around the world.
Deputy Head of the Advisory Board: Composer Huu Phuc Dang. He earned two degrees: one in piano performance and one in composition. He studied in Paris and is now a professor at the National Academy of Music in Vietnam. At the 8th Shanghai International Film Festival, he received 🔹the Best Music Award - Best Music Jin Jue Award Ceremony (June 2005). He also received 🔹3 "Golden Lotus Awards" for best film music between 2000 and 2012, 🔹the State Prize for Literature - Arts in 2012, 🔹 the "Golden Kite Award" for Best Soundtrack in 2021, and numerous other awards.... Dang Huu Phuc's compositions have been performed by national and international professional orchestras, as well as by famous artists such as Dang Thai Son.
Deputy Head of the Advisory Board: Solist Czech National Theatre - Jitka Svobodová. One of Czech history's greatest dramatic sopranos. She won first prize in the M. Schneider-Trnavsky International Competition in Trnava, second prize in the Antonina Dvoráka International Competition in Karlovy Vary, and advanced to the semi-finals of the Luciano Pavarotti International Competition. After graduation, she obtained a position as a soloist at the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Plzen, where she excelled in a variety of roles. She joined the State Opera Prague in 1991. She has been a soloist at Prague's National Theatre Opera since 2003. She has worked with a number of other well-known conductors and orchestras. She recorded the lead female character of Amranta in Pavel Haas' opera The Charlatan for the DECCA label.

Advisor: Thu Huong Trinh, a singer who graduated from the Vietnam National Academy's vocal department in 1986. She received the National Lullaby Gold Medal in Hue in 1992 and is now the Director of the Son Huong Music Center in Prague. She has participated in the staging and performance of many large shows for the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic.
Head of the piano jury: Anh Tung Nguyen - student of Doctoral degree in Piano Performance at the University of Oregon. Achievements: 🔹1st prize in the Barletta International Competition, 🔹3rd prize in the MusicAlive International Online Piano Competition, 🔹Winner of the MTNA Competition representing Oregon, 🔹Alternate Winner of the MTNA Competition of the Northwest Division.
Head of Singing jury: Quang Tu Nguyen, Master of Vocal studies at the Vietnam National Academy of Music, is currently a lecturer at the Vietnam National Academy of Music. Achievements: 🔹Second prize at the Ho Chi Minh City Open Opera Concour 2017; 🔹National Male Concour Opera Award 2019
Piano jury: Hoang Cuong Vu, Master of Piano in The Hague, Netherlands. Achievements: 🔹 Third Prize in the International Piano Competition in Hanoi 2015, 🔹 Second Prize in the Chopin International Piano Competition in Bankok, Thailand 2016
Piano jury: Viet Trung Nguyen, Master of Piano student at Bydgoszcz Academy of Music, Poland. Achievements: 🔹third place in the Karlovac International Piano Competition in Croatia (2019), 🔹fifth place in the Polish National Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw (2020), 🔹first place in the 17th National Piano Festival "Chopin Interpretations of the Young" in Konin-ychlin (2021)
Singing jury: Khac Hoa Nguyen, PhD student majoring in Vocal studies at Gnesin Music in Russia. Achievements: 🔹First prize in the international vocal competition "Solovynaya Rosha" in Moscow, Russia in 2017; 🔹gold medal and best folk song award at the art festival "I love my language" organised by VOV and APPA in Prague, Czech Republic in 2018; 🔹third prize in the A.P IVANOVA International Opera Competition in Tver City, Russia 2019; 🔹second prize in the International Opera Competition "Natalya Shpiler" Moscow 2020
Singing jury: Trang Bui, Master of Vocal studies at the Vietnam National Academy of Music, actress of the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet. Achievements: 🔹Second Prize in Thai Nguyen Television Singing in 2010, 🔹Consolation Prize in National Opera and Chamber Singing Competition in 2019, 🔹Gold Medal in National Music and Dance Festival in 2021.
Piano coach: Thuy Tien Cat. She graduated Doctorate of Piano performance from Ural National Conservatory of Music named after M.P. Mussorgsky, Russia. Achievements: 🔹Gold medal at the International piano festival and concours ASIA in Choenan, Korea in 2011, 🔹winner of the TOYOTA international prize for young talents in 2011 & 2013, 🔹 3rd prize at Russian Nationality Piano Concours named after Andrianova in Asbest, Russia. Thuy Tien is an excellent teacher, and her students have won national and international awards.

Nguyen Minh Son, an artist, was born in Bac Ninh province in 1971 and graduated from Hanoi University of Fine Arts (now Vietnam University of Fine Arts) in 2000. Landscape painting is his favourite painting genre.
Nguyen Minh Son has had numerous private exhibitions and collectives of landscape paintings in Vietnam and abroad since 2006. "Landscapes of Vietnam" by Nguyen Minh Son has been introduced to viewers in the United Kingdom, the United States, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Singapore via overseas trips. Many collectors both at home and abroad are still eagerly awaiting the landscape paintings of Nguyen Minh Son
Ambasador EV-Stellar 2023: Khanh Linh Phung - Master of Business Administration student in Leeds, UK. Khanh Linh won second place in the "King of Vietnamese language" contest on VTV in 2021. As a lover of social, traditional, and cultural activities, Khanh Linh hopes to share her enthusiasm for the Vietnamese language, culture, and arts with the Vietnamese community in Europe and international friends as the ambassador of EV-Stellar 2023.
