EV-Stellar - art awards for Vietnamese in Europe, held every two years by Hamy Academy and EVmedia, the programme is designed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the United Kingdom,

• to honour young Vietnamese talents and support them on their professional arts path, 

• to enhance knowledge, preserve and spread love for Vietnamese language, music and culture; and vice versa, to bring classical academic music and British culture closer to Vietnamese audiences

• to connect the Vietnamese community in Europe.

The Programme is sponsored by the Association of Vietnamese in Europe, the Union of Vietnamese Business Associations in Europe, and the Vietnam Business Association in the United Kingdom.

With a highly qualified and capable Organizing Committee and Jury panel, the competitions has received a positive response from the Vietnamese community in Europe, as well as the special attention of major television companies and newspapers in Vietnam.

The programme is a non-profit project; any profits will be used to support contestants from outside the UK, to keep the competitions running in the future, and to fund some activities to preserve Vietnamese culture for Vietnamese youth in Europe.
